Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of supertape.ai and our marketing content (the “Site”). They do not govern the Supertape product itself — separate agreements apply to product usage.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Supertape

Supertape operates an inspection platform that spatially anchors property findings to floor plans. This Site provides information about our product, educational content, and ways to contact us. The product itself is offered under separate terms.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users in the United States who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site without our written permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site or its security
  • Use automated tools to submit forms or simulate user activity
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

4. Submissions

If you submit content through the Site (contact form, newsletter signup, etc.), you grant Supertape a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to respond to your inquiry, operate the Site, and communicate with you. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and code — are owned by Supertape or its licensors and protected by US intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse these, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Blog articles and other educational content reflect our opinions and general information. They are not professional advice. Property inspection, legal, financial, and real estate decisions should be made in consultation with qualified professionals.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPERTAPE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Supertape, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, demand, or expense arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
